The resort was well-located with a great view of the sea and close proximity to the beach. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and had various options available. The facilities were impressive, including a private pool and free bike rentals for guests.

The gym was in poor condition and needs updating.

It is a ordinary luxury hotel, definitely overpricing with respect to the local standards. However, it provides what we need: sanity, quietness, security, fantastic swimming pool and private beach with an amazing view. The room is of beautiful design and large size (we had a Azul Junior), with a couch which can be used as bed for our little boy. The management is a little bit messy, e. g. after check-in we were led by the hotel personnel to our room and found several charwomen doing their job there as we opened the door.

The hotel has only one restaurant where food is average but overpricing, and will not be served until you are starving. It is recommended to take a taxi to Mu Nui village and eat there. Though the taxi is not cheap (6 USD one way), it is still a better choice to dine in the village. There are not always plenty of beach chairs on the beach, especially the place in shadow is often taken first. We do not understand why the hotel has not established more umbrellas etc. to provide more shelter against the burning sun in South Viet Nam. Since the hotel is quite far away from the Mui Ne village (where the bars, restaurants, travel agency, bus station, fairy stream are), it takes half an hour or more, depending on the traffic, to travel with taxi to any of the above places. I would never have chosen this hotel if we were not travelling with little kids. It is a wellness resort for the family in need of a rest, not a proper overnight stop for those backpackers who have more interest in exploring the village.

We spent our Christmas holidays at a resort with beautiful ocean views. The private beach and pool were amazing. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering us refreshing welcome drinks and fruits upon arrival. The location was perfect, with easy access to local seafood restaurants and nearby taxis.

Despite the location being convenient, the room check-in process was extremely slow and a few of the staff members were not as polite as we had hoped. We experienced some issues with the air-conditioning and bathroom drainage, which took a while to resolve even after multiple attempts from the housekeeping staff.

Seaview room is clean and comfortable.

I stayed at this resort during the New Year holiday and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel had a private beach and a clean swimming pool, which were perfect for relaxation. The breakfast buffet was very good with a varied and generous selection of dishes. The hotel staff were really friendly and attentive. The location of the resort was perfect, right in the heart of the town, so there were many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

The food was a bit expensive and I found it was not always worth the price. The drinks were strong but also expensive.

The staffmembers are very friendly. Sevice people are very nice and kindly.

The pool should have 2 showers at both sides, because people just entering to the pool without taking the shower or washing them selv. A basic hygiene we all should have! Europeans don't like that. Most of dishes/dinner courses are quite salty.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Phan Thiet and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location of this place is perfect for those who want to be outside of the main center. You can easily take a taxi into town and find a variety of restaurants right on the beach. It's also situated by the seaside, offering breathtaking views.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The beautiful and well-maintained grounds, the infinity pools, and the beach with its crystal clear water were just breathtaking. The hotel facilities were great, they even offered free bikes to ride into town on the days when the weather wasn't so great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, and the concierge staff was always available to help us with any questions we had. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of options to choose from. everything was very clean and well taken care of.
